Become a PFLAG Member!

PFLAG is the only non-gay organization dedicated solely to the purpose of healing family relationships through

 peer support; education to our members and public; and advocacy for the full civil rights of our gay, lesbian,

bisexual, and transgender family members and friends. Membership is open to anyone who supports these goals

by their active interest and dues.

You can join PFLAG Winston-Salem online by filling out the form below and paying your dues.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

To renew your membership, check Renewal on the form. Fill in your name and anything that has changed, and the last section (committee participation) and pay your annual dues.

ANNUAL DUES

To pay your membership dues online by credit card, click the PayPal button. PayPal is a secure online payment service. Or you can pay by check at our support group meetings.

Annual Membership Dues:
